That’s right!
Today I’m here with a challenge that involves NOT doing something.
Now the obvious question is why not?
Not doing this one thing, just for one day, is going to transform how you feel!
The two magical words here are no complaining
Ever observed how we all complain? About the smallest of things. Take a look at how we look when we do that:
Well well.
Let’s take a step in the direction of not looking like that, even if just for a day. Because we all deserve that positive relaxed headspace.
So how exactly is this going to happen?
By replacing complaining with gratitude!
Every time you find something to complain about, take a step back and think: Is this something you can change right now? If yes, just do it buddy. Clean that room ;)
Is it something you can’t really change?
In that case, find the bright part. Tough, but doable.
Complainer: Nobody understands me!
The grateful heart: We’re all doing the best we can, and I’m learning to be there for myself!
